NAMES!
Dan and I have been working on this issue for months. We've gone back and forth and tried out so many options. We resorted to putting up post it notes on our cabinet doors in the kitchen so that we could "live" with some of the different options and see how we liked them on a daily basis. We even had visitors vote when they came over. It was so Fun :) The post its are in their baby books already.
So we have come to a decision that both Dan and I are very happy about.
Baby A will be named:
CAROLINE GRACE MAZZIO
Baby B will be named:
CHARLOTTE ANNE MAZZIO
Their names will not be shortened... if someone tries to call Caroline, Carol we will redirect them to Caroline. The same goes for Charlotte- there were be no Char, Lottie, Dot, etc... We decided that Baby A will be Caroline because she is in line first for their grand entrance to the world. We decided on her name first so it seems to fit. We love that they both begin with C and they mean the same thing as well: small, strong woman (in Latin and French). Very identical twin.
And of course, we the parents, reserve the right to change any of this at any time!!!!!

I'm so thrilled to hear you guys decided! Yay! It's also nice to read some updates! Keep it up if you can!
I love those names! And of course you can change it...you don't have that long though! Miss you both lots.
awesome... i like the names. why is it that all the living things in your house will be named after cities in north carolina? you've got Raleigh, Charlotte, AND Caroline (a derivative of Carolina).... sydney is a city as well, not in NC, BUT! There IS a Sidney, NC. hmmmm....
Thank goodness you updated!! I feel stuck out here on the west coast without your baby updates! And I love the names! Charlotte was actually one of the girl names we considered if Benjamin was a girl (and Benjamin is most certainly a Benjamin, not a Ben! Can't stand it when people automatically shorten his name!) You are so brave to tell the whole world your names already :) We find out in a week and a half if this next one is a girl (and I really think it is...) but we're keeping the name a tip-top secret until delivery. Love to you all!
